Warehouse Operations Coordinator

• Attend to job requests received through email from customers and internal departments.
• Update job details, prepare basic records, and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate with customers on scheduling, job progress, and general enquiries.
• Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support administrative and other operational duties assigned by the team.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of working experience in logistics, warehouse support, or customer service
• Basic understanding of warehouse or logistics operations
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and email communication
• Organised, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and willing to work at warehouse premises
