Job Responsibilities Support in overseeing daily inbound warehouse operations
Manage inbound activities including goods receiving, returns processing, inspections, and system updates
Lead and coordinate the inbound team to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency
Monitor operational performance and ensure service standards and KPIs are achieved
Liaise with internal stakeholders, contractors, and external parties on inventory, returns, and operational enquiries
Handle inventory discrepancies, exceptional cases, and ad-hoc operational issues
Prepare and maintain monthly operational and performance reports
Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record management for easy retrieval and audit purposes
Maintain warehouse housekeeping standards and ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations
