£13.95 per hour* | 40 hour contract | between 9:30am and 6pm shifts | 30-35 days holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Pension scheme

As of the 1st of March 2026, our pay will be increasing to £14.45ph.

As a Lidl Warehouse Operative, you'll make sure our stores receive the right stock when they need it. From picking products to helping out in team tasks like checking stock, you'll roll up your sleeves and get the job done. You'll work through your orders independently to help get our 2,000-plus products into the hands of happy customers, taking pride in the fact that without you, our shelves would be empty.
