The Warehouse Operative works directly with a client or group of clients in providing dedicated warehouse and operations support.

Essential Job Functions
Accurately and courteously load client merchandise.

Complete paperwork thoroughly and promptly.

Acts as contact with client on site and is available to the client for escalation when necessary.

Work closely with Crane Worldwide Operations teams and assist with coordinating freight movements.

Escalate all issues with a shipment immediately to the client to insure prompt resolution.

Ensure job files are created and all relevant information is captured.

Manage all client requests and follows up to ensure that client needs are met.
