Our team of experts is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor for the Outbound department at our Cape Town warehouse based in Marconi Beam.

If you want to join our team, these will be the key areas that you will need to be responsible for:

Plan, organise, control the warehouse outbound processes. Lead the warehouse team to ensure a high standard of order fulfilment and process adherence. Daily planning of all outbound tasks with the warehouse team. Liaise with management to ensure that agreed SLA’s and internal and external expectations are met. Consistently meet the required infill rate threshold to stores as determined by management from time to time. Collaboration with other warehouse departments to achieve optimal performance.
