Warehouse Site Leader

Opportunity We are looking for a hands‑on and results‑driven Warehouse Site Leader to oversee daily operations at our Cofradía site. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement in a fast‑paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end warehouse operations (inbound, storage, inventory, outbound)
• Drive operational performance through KPIs (safety, quality, productivity, costs)
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and act as main point of escalation
• Lead and develop a team of 3 direct reports and +70 indirect employees
• Conduct daily Gemba walks to ensure execution, safety, and process adherence
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S)
• Monitor inventory accuracy and optimize warehouse processes using WMS
• Manage cost control aligned with operational budgets
