We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team to meet performance and safety targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities (goods in/out, picking, dispatch)
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of warehouse operatives
- Allocate workloads and manage shift performance
- Ensure stock accuracy and timely order fulfillment
- Maintain high standards of health & safety compliance
- Resolve operational issues and escalate where required
- Report on KPIs and productivity
