  What you will be doing 
 Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, providing direction and leadership to a small team of colleagues, working collaboratively to ensure the smooth running of the Warehouse.
 Ensuring the team comply with all company and departmental rules, safe systems of work and quality procedures.
 Maintaining effective communication links with both line manager, other shift managers and team with pre shift briefings and toolbox talks.
