POSITION SUMMARYThe candidate is responsible to lead, plan, manage and own the performance of warehouse workforce on all the activities and diligent execution of Receiving, Storage/Putaway, WO Kitting, Inter-Site Shipments, External Warehouses, Inventory Accuracy (both quantity & storage location) and FG Shipments tasks effectively and efficiently.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESTo lead, plan, manage and own the operations and performance of warehouse workforceContinuous improvement of warehouse processes, inventory management (accuracy), warehouse tools/systems enhancement and efficiency of the workforceCross function and inter-site communications and collaborations.Problem solving capability.Ensure the warehouse workforce execute the timely receiving transactions (physically & electronically), putaway accurately, supply WO material kits to production timely and outbound shipments prepared & shipped out on time.Talents retention and developmentWarehouse operations' performance indicators...
