Warehouse Supervisor

Job Responsibilities Lead and manage the warehouse team to ensure smooth operation. Work closely with Manager to ensure operation and practices are in compliance with workplace safety and to achieve the assigned KPI. Handle day-to-day operations such as inbound, outbound, and inventory stock taking. Oversee logistics arrangements, including delivery schedule. Provide guidance and training to team members to maintain high team performance. Manage inventory and handle administrative tasks like inventory adjustments and scrapping. Conduct a full physical inventory stock take once a year. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse using the 5S methodology.
