Job Summary
As Warehouse Supervisor at L&S Mechanical, you will be responsible for supporting the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily operations within the warehouse.
Primary Functions
- Active floor supervision (80%)
- Assist with Inventory Control Management
- Lead a team of 1-10 Warehouse Associates
- Execute SOP’s and assist in standardization and revision efforts of SOP’s
- Run and interpret reports: Open Order Report, Released Report, Unreleased Report, Partial Release Report, WMS Reports
- Coordinate staff schedules: Make suggestions for changes to individual or team shifts
- Active involvement in all aspects of Health and Safety: Follow all Health and Safety Policies, Actively identify safety issues, Correct and properly document issues
