Warehouse Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:- Strategically manage the warehouse in accordance with the company's policies and vision.
- Supervise receiving, storage, distribution, and maintenance operations.
- Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operating policies and procedures.
- Comply with all legal requirements for storage, handling and shipping.
- Maintain health and safety, hygiene, and protection standards and regulations.
- Manage stock control and reconcile within the data storage system.
- Prepare annual budget together with VP of Operations- Interact with customers, suppliers, and transport companies.
- Plan work shifts, assign tasks appropriately, and evaluate/measure results.
- Recruit, select, guide, train and motivate employees.
- Produce reports and statistics periodically (INPUT/OUTPUT status report, dead stock report, etc.)- Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided.
