Warehouse Supervisor

As a WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR, you will act as a mentorship of a team responsible to receive, inventory, pack, load and ship our products.
You be responsible for improve, problem solving and coordinate a safe and efficient distribution operation.
**Key Responsabilities**
- Owns the continuous improvement projects.
- Coordinate to accurate PPG's relationship with the customer / provider.
- Encouraging a business culture, improve individual performance and build to fast paced operations.
- Provide optimally healthy work environment for all employees through accurate maintenance of equipment and facilities.
**Requirements**:
- From a Bachelor Degree + 3 training acquired in Administration or equivalent.
- Proficient experience in FIFO, planning, control of inventories, classification, lay-out and times and movements.
- Intermedium level English.
- A proven record as mentor union workers, preferably working with tools such as WMS and oracle.
