We are currently recruiting for a hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to join a busy and growing e-commerce operation in Slough.
This is a temp to perm position and would suit someone with previous warehouse supervisory experience who is confident leading a small team whilst remaining operationally involved on the warehouse floor.
The Role:
* Leading and supporting a warehouse team of around 10 staff
* Managing daily warehouse activities including goods in, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns
* Ensuring orders are processed accurately and within deadlines
* Supporting and improving warehouse procedures and efficiencies
* Maintaining high standards of health & safety and housekeeping
* Training and supporting new starters
* Assisting with stock control and operational issues when required
