The Warehouse Worker accurately picks and packs customer orders, prepares shipments, and supports general shipping and receiving operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role focuses on order accuracy, safe material handling, and consistent reliability while working closely with a small team to keep inventory organized and orders flowing on time.
**Responsibilities**
+ Pick and pack customer orders accurately using packing slips and internal order information.
+ Build boxes, package products securely, and prepare shipments for delivery according to packing instructions.
+ Wrap and band pallets securely to ensure safe transport and minimize damage during shipping.
+ Stage completed orders and pallets in designated areas for carrier pickup or internal transfer.
+ Organize inventory locations and assist with restocking, stock rotation, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
