Responsible for safe and efficient washcoat production during the assigned shift, ensuring compliance with EHS, quality, and production requirements. Lead shift operations, develop team capability, drive shift performance, support continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve overall factory objectives.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Manage daily productionoperationsensuring adherence to safety, quality, and production targets. 

Monitor and control key production KPIs including First Time Right (FTR), Tank Turnaround Time, COPQ%, and material consumption variance. 

Perform process troubleshooting and root cause analysis to minimize process deviations, wastage, and downtime.ImproveMISreporting, 

Work closely with Quality and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth production flow, equipment reliability, and compliancewith IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards .
