Waste Management Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Waste Management Specialist to oversee waste handling, disposal, and recycling activities in a dynamic oil & gas / petrochemical environment. The role ensures full compliance with environmental regulations while driving operational efficiency and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities


Manage solid, liquid, and hazardous waste operations
Ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations
Supervise contractors and waste service providers
Monitor waste KPIs and improve performance
Conduct inspections, audits, and incident investigations
Oversee waste collection, transportation, and disposal
Support shutdown activities and project waste plans


Requirements


Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Environmental Science
7–10 years of experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical industry
