We’re looking for detail-driven professionals to join our Wealth Operations team at Kotak Neo and play a key role in delivering seamless client experiences. Location- Goregaon (Mumbai, Maharashtra) Prioritizing Mumbai based individuals only. Job Role- •Manage day-to-day wealth operations including MF, distribution, equity, PMS, AIF, bonds, and other investment products. •Ensure smooth onboarding of wealth clients with complete documentation and KYC compliance. •Oversee transaction processing, settlements, and reconciliation across products. •Coordinate with RMs, dealers, and back-office teams to support business requirements. •Ensure adherence to SEBI, exchange, and internal compliance guidelines. •Monitor and resolve operational issues, escalations, and client queries promptly. •Maintain accurate MIS, reports, and dashboards for management review. •Support audit, compliance checks, and regulatory reporting related to wealth operations. •Ensure proper record-keeping and documentation a...
