Weather Forecasting Operations Manager

Job Description We are looking for a Weather Forecasting Operations Manager responsible for overseeing the management and day to day supervision of the Weather Forecasting operations for the companies' global team of Forecasters. The role would be based from one of the Fugro APAC regional offices notionally Singapore. This will include setting attainable goals to team members in order for Projects to be initiated and finished on time. Provides guidance to team members to encourage work productivity. Makes sure the timeline is followed. Provides stringent QC on all services. Investigate new concepts and value-added services that could advantageous and provide new and unique new services that benefit our clients. Troubleshooting production issues. Close client liaison to address issues promptly and providing timely solutions
