Adecco is partnering with a leading textile manufacturing organization to identify Weavers who will play a critical role in operating weaving equipment, maintaining product quality, and supporting overall production efficiency. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Operate weaving machines to produce textile products while meeting safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
Monitor product quality by checking appearance, width, and overall consistency of materials during production.
Verify correct yarn is loaded on creels and ensure machines are properly set for each order.
Maintain production flow by keeping materials organized and off the floor.
Complete daily production, downtime, and quality reporting accurately.
Track machine performance and maintain efficiency standards throughout the shift.
