Weaving Maintenance

Job Summary: Responsible for maintenance and smooth running of weaving machines and equipment. Ensure minimum machine breakdown, proper preventive maintenance, and continuous production support. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and repair weaving machines and related equipment Attend machine breakdowns and solve technical issues quickly Perform preventive and routine maintenance activities Monitor machine performance and reduce downtime Coordinate with production team for smooth operations Maintain maintenance records and spare parts details Ensure safety and housekeeping standards in the department Requirements: Diploma / ITI / BE in Mechanical or Textile related field Experience in weaving maintenance preferred Basic knowledge of weaving machinery and troubleshooting Good teamwork and communication skills Skills: Machine maintenance Problem-solving Technical knowledge Time management Team coordination
