Overview

Customer Excellence / Project Management Intern – Webshop Support (6 months, Madrid)

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the webshop after launch to identify functional, technical, or usability issues
  • Investigate, reproduce, and document reported problems and escalate them to the appropriate team
  • Review customer feedback and complaints to identify recurring issues affecting the customer journey
  • Provide daily support to internal users by answering questions and helping them use the webshop
  • Create and update user manuals, quick guides, and simple training materials
  • Maintain an updated log of issues, resolutions, and known workarounds
  • Support small improvements to usability, navigation, content, and FAQs
  • Review basic webshop performance data to help identify improvement opportunities
