The Marketing AI Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operation, optimization, and business alignment of the company’s AI chatbot platform used by both internal and external users. This role ensures the chatbot is accurate, compliant, and continuously improving , while delivering measurable business value across marketing, sales,customer support.
