About the Role
As Website Manager reporting into our Head of Brand Marketing, you bring Time Well Spent to life online. By shaping a content‑led, digital experience, you help families discover ideas that inspire them to read, learn, create and play — before they ever step into a store. Your work strengthens The Works’ brand story, highlights our ranges in an inspiring and accessible way, and guides customers to their local store where the magic happens.
You connect teams across Brand, Creative, Tech and Buying to make our website a true expression of who we are: warm, creative, joyful and helpful. Through thoughtful UX, inclusive design, clear storytelling and seamless content journeys, you help turn everyday browsing moments into sparks of imagination — supporting colleagues, inspiring customers and championing our purpose at every touchpoint.
