Key Responsibilities Plan and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless functioning of the store. Maintain Key Performance Metrics as designated by Operations Management and adhere to standards outlined in the Subway Operations Manual. Enforce all policies set forth by Empire Hospitality Group, including compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and health regulations.
