Weighbridge Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh all inbound raw materials and outbound finished goods
• Capture and record weights, product codes, batch numbers, and quantities on the system
• Issue and verify weighbridge documentation (weigh slips, delivery notes, gate release notes)
• Check supporting documents and report discrepancies immediately
• Support stocktakes, audits, and reconciliation processes
• Monitor vehicle loading to prevent overloading or underloading
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and legal metrology requirements
• Communicate clearly with drivers, transporters, and internal teams
• Prepare daily and monthly weighbridge and dispatch reports
