As a Welder 1st, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. **Pay Range:** $22
**Shift:** Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM + overtime on Fridays
**What's the Job?**
+ Perform set-up and MIG welding on a variety of weldments and structures
+ Follow written job instructions, standardized methods, and use fixtures/jigs
+ Set up, operate, and adjust welding machines to produce high-quality components
+ Manufacture weldments and blades for commercial snow and ice control products
+ Maintain quality standards and take ownership of finished product...
