Overview & Responsibilities

We are seeking an expert Welder to join our state‑of‑the‑art facility in the KEZAD Free Zone, Abu Dhabi . This role is dedicated to recommending and implementing specialized welding protocols that meet both company (Elliott) requirements and customer specifications for a wide range of turbomachinery. You will support the service and manufacture of turbines, compressors, pumps, gear boxes, and all associated supporting equipment.

As a senior technical authority on the shop floor, you will be expected to perform complex plan layouts and unusual welding operations in a safe and timely manner. This position requires a professional who can plan and oversee their own work with very minimal supervision or feedback, while actively helping to train and develop other employees within the department.
