Welding Engineer

Welding Engineer – ResponsibilitiesManage the product interface with product development.Contribute to the engineering change management process.Support continuous improvement and production, participating in the manufacturing engineering network.Design, implement, and monitor production processes to ensure feasibility, productivity, and quality.Adjust and stabilize welding parameters.Reduce defects such as spatter, burn‐through, and lack of fusion.Validate against geometric requirements (GD&T).
Strengthen process standards.Welding Engineer – QualificationsMinimum education level: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in production or mechanical engineering.
+5 years of experience in automotive welding (metal structures).
Experience with MAG (Fronius / SKS) and Laser (ABB Apollo) welding, robotics (KUKA / ABB).
