Location: Salinas Hofusan Industrial Park, Nuevo León, Mexico (On-site) 

 
Position Overview 
We are seeking an experienced Welding Engineer to support welding operations and process development at our Hofusan facility. This role will focus on welding quality, process optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement to support stable mass production and future business growth. 
Key Responsibilities 
• Develop, optimize, and standardize welding processes including MIG, TIG, Brazing, and related methods. 
• Prepare welding procedures, parameters, and work instructions. 
• Support production teams with welding troubleshooting and technical guidance. 
• Conduct weld validation, qualification, and inspection activities.
