Responsible to qualify and approve the Welding Procedure Specification, Procedure Qualification Records, Welder Qualification Test of materials like Carbon Steel, Low Temperature Carbon Steel, High Yield Carbon Steel, Duplex Stainless Steel, Super Duplex Stain Steel, CuNi, Inconel, SS,Overlayed pipes. . Preparation of welding related procedures for projects and support ISO 3834 welding management system implementation and certification. . Ensure Welding consumable control system is in place and followed up during issue, usage at site. . Identify and develop the WPS for the project based on Construction codes and project specifications. . Establish welding sequence for the structure to minimize of control the distortion. . Co-ordinate with Client and Classification body on welding related issues at site on day to day basis. . To ensure regular updating and release of the Qualification welder list for module specific for the project. . Monitor calibration of Welding equipment and other...
