Position Overview
The Wellness Nurse Navigator is a critical member of the shoreside Medical Operations team, supporting both shipboard and corporate health initiatives. This position focuses exclusively on the wellness and primary care of crew members, providing virtual nurse visits, creating nursing care plans, monitoring wellness program compliance, and collaborating closely with shipboard medical teams to ensure timely and effective healthcare management. The nurse will report directly to the nurse leader overseeing care management and collaborate with shipboard clinical staff on cases requiring immediate medical attention.
