Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement & Assistance
- Greet and attend to walk-in customers promptly and courteously.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable AMC cookware solution.
- Provide demonstrations of AMC products and explain features, benefits, and usage.
- Make product related and recipe videos and post it on AMC SoMe handles.
Sales Support
- Assist customers with product selection, pricing, offers, and payment procedures.
- Upsell and cross-sell AMC accessories and related products.
- Maintain updated knowledge of ongoing promotions, discounts, and exchange offers.
