Assist the supervisor to ensure smooth operation of the production process.
Set up the machine within process specifications limits, record onto check sheet and submit sample to QC during set-up.
Meet daily good quality output target as per schedule.
Participate and contribute in resolving process related problem and cost reduction program.
Carry out corrective and preventive action from supervisor on quality and environmental non-conformance, product output improvements and enhancement in production floor.
Identify, feedback and recommend any changes to the significant impact register.
Follow control parameter setting as per the written specification and work instruction.
Check all activities/processes perform within his operation as listed in checklist.
Perform chemical top up for individual chemical dosing tanks.
Perform daily, weekly and monthly preventive maintenance.
Perform the replacement of the pumps, motors, rollers and etc…
