Enable qualitative initiatives for imecs core projects and provide development support for bilateral customers.
What you will do
Promote, motivate, and enable quality-related initiatives by fostering a culture of continuous improvement, supporting qualitative enhancements in procedures, and driving excellence in process development. 
Module Robustness & Maturation: Act as a key connector between Wet process team, project managers, integration engineers, and FAB Engineering to coordinate or support tasks that improve process, module maturity for Logic, 3D integration or memory projects. Explore more mature, stable processes in terms of in-line performance, defectivity starting from fundamental of processes, referring from industrial best-known methods (BKM).
