Our client, an established and well-regarded law firm based in Darlington, is looking to recruit a Wills & Probate Paralegal to join its busy Private Client team.
This is a great opportunity for a Paralegal with experience in Wills, Probate and general Private Client work to develop their career within a supportive and reputable firm.

The Role

You will assist fee earners within the Wills, Probate and Private Client department, supporting on a varied caseload which may include:
Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney

Assisting with probate and estate administration matters

Preparing and submitting probate applications

Liaising with clients, beneficiaries and third parties

Taking initial instructions and providing excellent client care

Preparing correspondence and legal documents

Opening, maintaining and closing files
