Role : Windows VMware Engineer (L3 / L4)  
  Experience: 6 – 10 Years  
  Location: Pune  
  Primary Skill:  
Windows Server Administration + VMware (vSphere/ESXi)  

Responsible for managing and supporting enterprise Windows server environments hosted on VMware infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance optimization, and secure operations. 

  Key Responsibilities:  
Manage and administer Windows Server (2012/2016/2019/2022)  environments 
Handle VMware infrastructure (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter)  operations and maintenance 
Perform VM provisioning, migration, cloning, and decommissioning  
Monitor system performance and implement optimization and capacity planning  
Manage patching, upgrades, and security compliance (WSUS/SCCM)
