Wine Steward & Assistant Waiter — Fine Dining

ASSISTANT WAITER (Restaurant Department)

Compensation: Average starting salary of approximately $1,200 USD per month (plus eligibility for gratuities/tips).

Contract: 36 weeks on board / 9 weeks off rotation.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Station Waiters with food and beverage service.
• Manage table setups (mise-en-place).
• Ensure prompt delivery of orders from the galley following health and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of experience in fine dining, high-volume restaurants (180+ seats), or cruise ships.
• Experience in wine service for at least two years.
• High school diploma.
• Intermediate to advanced English.
• Physical ability to carry heavy service trays.

WINE STEWARD (Bar Department)

Compensation: $1,633.57 USD base salary per month plus $70 USD Social Program Compensation.
