Wire Harness Manager

**Essential Duties**:- Plans, assigns and directs work for associates.
- May participate in the interviewing and hiring processes- Ensures on the job training is accomplished/completed as required.
- Writes and administers performance reviews and disciplinary notices to associates as required; addresses employee issues and resolves problems.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's guidelines, procedures and policies plus applicable laws; exercises judgment within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate action.
- Fully aware of skill level of all subordinates and develops training plans to enhance individual skill sets and overall factory flexibility and efficiency.
- Implements activities in production unit(s) to meet production goals, quality and cost objectives- Reviews and prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, efficiency, material supply and personnel resources.
