Job Summary
The Wire Processing Team Member is responsible for performing wire marking, cutting, and terminaling operations to meet internal and external customer orders. This role plays an essential part in achieving production goals while maintaining high-quality standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain and care for all tooling fixtures and wire processing equipment
Cut and mark wire according to drawings and program specifications using appropriate machinery
Ensure consistent quality and productivity in all wire processing operations
Record machine maintenance using established maintenance logs
Assist with production setup tasks on the shop floor as needed
Complete all priority-status wire and tubing orders daily
Apply advanced knowledge of IPC training standards
Prepare and stage work orders
Operate wire stripping machines
