Brandon Centennial Auditorium Corporation Inc. (DBA: Western Manitoba Centennial Auditorium) is hiring a Technical Director to lead the safe, professional technical delivery of live events at our multi-use performing arts venue.
What you’ll do
- Advance performances and rentals; translate technical requirements into staffing and execution plans
- Supervise our Full-Time Senior Theatre Technician and coordinate a casual, event-by-event non-union crew
- Lead load-ins/outs, rehearsals, performances, and changeovers
- Maintain venue technical standards and oversee system readiness (lighting/audio/video/rigging/stage operations)
- Champion safety, training, and effective supervision consistent with Manitoba workplace safety expectations
