You take care of the preparation of projects (renovation and sometimes new construction) and ensure that everything is ready for execution.

You ensure that materials, contractors and drawings are delivered correctly and on time.

You ensure perfect administration and archiving.

Intensive contact with various internal and external stakeholders.

You closely follow market developments and share these with your colleagues.
