As a responsible employee in Work Preparation for Assembly (m/f/d), you are in charge of the efficient planning and continuous optimization of our manufacturing processes.
Creating and maintaining work plans and work instructions, taking into account technical and economic aspects

Planning production equipment with a focus on cost-effectiveness, including support in obtaining quotations and approvals

Supporting new product launches and series production, including active involvement in solving technical challenges in collaboration with the project organization

Identifying and implementing process optimizations, including ergonomic and efficient workplace design

Evaluating and implementing improvement suggestions to increase productivity and quality
