Workday Business Analyst

OVERVIEW

The Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the HR PMO team understands business needs and requirements of multiple stakeholders, evaluating them against their tactical and strategic plans and roadmaps. The Business Analyst possesses analytical skills to evaluate current processes and technical skills to assess systems functionalities. They will elicit, analyze, document, and validate the business needs of project stakeholders. Their duties include interviewing stakeholders, compiling user requirements, and collaborating for solutions for the organization's various business processes. The Business Analyst will also apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help support the development process when custom development is needed, and to ensure that project deliverables are met according to specifications.
