Workday Financials Reporting Analyst

Experience: 4+ years of hands-on Workday Reporting experience

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, and Composite)
• Develop complex calculated fields and reporting logic
• Use Workday Prism Analytics to source, blend, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources
• Support financial and payroll reporting , ensuring accuracy and usability
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions
• Proactively analyze reporting requests to ensure the right solution is delivered
• Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies
• Maintain reporting documentation, data definitions, and governance standards
• Identify opportunities for reporting efficiency, automation, and improved data visibility
• Support ad-hoc and ongoing operational reporting needs
