Associate / Consultant (2–4 years) - 2–4 years of experience implementing ERP or HCM software solutions in one or more functional domains.
- Prior consulting experience, either with a professional services firm or as an internal functional consultant.
- Experience supporting or implementing systems such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, or similar platforms.

Senior Consultant (4+ years)
- 4+ years of experience leading functional workstreams for enterprise implementations, including client advisory, configuration strategy, and solution validation.
