About the Role
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Workday HCM team , responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting core HR processes within Workday. This role ensures seamless HR operations, compliance, and employee experience across diverse business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Benefits, Talent, Compensation, Absence, US Payroll, Security, Business Processes).
- Partner with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable HCM solutions.
- Support integrations between Workday HCM and external systems.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize existing configurations.
