Core Responsibilities
Total Platform Ownership & Governance
Serve as the final authority on the configuration, architecture, and deployment of all Workday products across the entire enterprise (including HCM, Financials, Integrations, etc).
Define and execute the multi‑year global Workday roadmap.
Lead the business through the evaluation, impact analysis, and deployment of all Workday major updates, new module adoptions, and continuous features.
