Strategic Business Partnership

Partner with business leaders to understand goals, challenges, and priorities, and translate them into effective HR strategies.

Employee Lifecycle Management

Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, engagement, development, and offboarding 
Performance Management

Lead the end-to-end PMS cycle including goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, calibration, and feedback discussions....
