Workforce Strategy & Planning Lead – Senior global individual contributor responsible for translating RDT's business strategy into workforce implications, providing scenario insight and planning coherence across the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Define, build, and maintain the logic behind the workforce dashboard, ensuring it delivers accurate, timely, and strategically relevant insight to RDT leadership.
- Ensure dashboard outputs are integrated with capability data and reflect a holistic view of RDT's talent landscape.
- Act as the steward of planning coherence across the RDT organization, ensuring that workforce planning assumptions, methodologies, and outputs are consistent across functions, sites, and geographies.
